About Martin Novom
Martin Novom, MA, has long been committed to assisting nonprofit leaders with advice, teaching and inspired speaking.
Martin founded the AdT Institute in 2000, linking the analysis of voluntary action from the work of Alexis de Tocqueville's foundational 1835 book Democracy in America to the challenges facing nonprofit leaders today. He combines his training as a historian with his nearly 40 years of experience as a philanthropic expert.
Martin is recognized throughout North America as a thought leader and inspiring nonprofit educator. He is a Master Trainer with the Association of Fundraising Professionals and does keynote presentations, leads workshops, teaches courses and speaks to groups of all sizes.
